Over the past 15 years, hospitality has taken me across New Zealand, Australia, Switzerland and Europe, where I have led food & beverage operations, managed hospitality teams, delivered large-scale events and supported businesses through periods of growth, change and operational transformation.

My experience spans 5-star hotels and lodges, world-renowned vineyards, private clubs and fine dining environments, working with everyone from luxury travelers and private clients to diplomats and government officials.

From intimate fine dining experiences to high-volume hospitality operations, my career has provided a broad understanding of what drives exceptional guest experiences, strong teams and successful hospitality businesses.

Today, I provide practical support to resorts, boutique hotels and hospitality operators through operational audits, food & beverage expertise, process optimisation, pre-opening support and interim management assignments.
